WELL, considering the circumference of a basketball is 2.867449 feet, and the volume is approximately 432.7369 cubic centimeters, aka mL, it IS possible if you slice it open and you carefully pour in the water, then superglue it shut, however you may lose mass and/or volume in the process. Bouncing the basketball too much may cause it to explode, so be careful.

    1. Fill it up with water before it was made in the factory.

    2. The hole where you bump in air, bump it with water instead.
