is this possible? dealers are trying to get me to finance in my personal name which I do not wish to do. I want it to be strictly in the company's name.

Is this an option?

  1. Yes, you can put the car in the company name as long as the company has the assets or the credit to pay for the vehicle purchase.

Who cares what the dealers want. Go get your financing someplace else. Walk into the dealer with a check and pay for the car in full.

  2. http://4fun.eniac.at

you can get much information in this website, If you will check anyone blue link in website.

  3. Yes, but most lenders require a personal guarantor (cosigner, a real person) to secure the loan.

I have seen this requirement waived when the company has purchased many previous cars, but for one or two, i doubt it.

They can title, register, and insure the car in the business name, you'll just have to go on the note.

  4. Chances are the first vehicle financed in the company's name will need a personal guarantee.  It's worth a shot though.
