Can you find a baby vintage pull toy, bassett hound named diggity, diggity dog?

The basset hound has a plaid detective hat and a cape painted on and he is made of wood, each of his paws moved as he was pulled across the floor by a string.

Are you sure it wasn't Digger the Dog?  He was made by Hasbro.  I found this one on ebay:

This particular one has a yellow hat, but I've seen one with a red hat that may have been plaid.
