  1. you should know by the court order.

    it depends on the minimum for the state, and then how much his salary is per year.

  3. In Texas, the first child gets 20%.  If there are two children, it is 25%, 30% for 3 and it keeps going up 5% for every child until it reaches 50%.  No more than 50% can be taken.

    I just got a divorce and have one child.  I know what the law states on this.

  4.   You won't be getting any child support.  The money is for your child and in most states it's 20% of his pay after taxes for one child.
