  1. yes

you can buy floss for braces in stores

  2. You can buy these things that are like needles, made of plastic and you pretty much thread the floss like you're sewing.

  3. I was jut wondering that! because look:http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?...

  4. Both of my kids used toothpicks. It isn't dangerous to use toothpicks if your careful. Just take the toothpick along the gum line and the teeth. They used a waterpik too and made sure the water pressure wasn't high enough to damage the gums. Their teeth and gums are healthy.  They also used the little proxy brushes that look like christmas trees.

  5. You HAVE to floss while having ortho treatment. Why? Because your braces will trap food more easily, which will cause more bacteria to settled around your gums. The more bacteria settling, the more swelling, bleeding and bone loss you can suffer.

Purchase some "floss threaders". You can find them at any pharmacy, or sometimes your orthodontist can give you some. Floss at least 2 times a day. You'd hate to go through all that ortho treatment, then end up losing your teeth because you didn't floss, right?

    :)

  6. Yeah you got to thread the floss between the wire and your gums. It just takes longer then normal.

  7. there are things at the store you can buy like needles and you can thread the floss through!!!!
