Can you fly a plane with out an id if your 13?

i had an id but i lost it plezzzzzz help i really wanna go and i wanna know plezzz HELP

Passenger 17 years old and younger are not required to have photo ID or birth certificate for domestic travel.  International travel requires all passengers regardless of age to have a passport.

the best thing to do is to report it lost so that other people doesn't use the id on that card and you should get it replaced and put it in a plastic card and have it around your neck so that way you won't lose it.

A lot of the federal laws about air travel have changed.  You'd have to have your birth certificate at least.  Most likely you need to have a photo i.d.
