Can you fly from Cartagena to Cuba?

we are in cartagena and wanting to know if there is a cheap flight to cuba?

It took some work, because of the cuba embargo here in the states, but yes, it is possible.  There are several flights via Mexico (I was unable to get specifics). However they did not seem cheap, reports of costs in the $1000 to $1500 range were not uncommon.
