Can you freeze a cheese ball?

I made a huge cheese ball for tailgating at my nephews game and it was canceled.

  1. i think if u do when u take it out it will brake in pieces LOL

I think it depends on what it's made out of.  I make one that freezes extremely well and another one that won't freeze well at all (it just disintegrates when it thaws out).  If it's made out of more than just cream cheese, it might hold up.  If it's mostly cream cheese, it will probably fall apart once it thaws.  I suggest throwing some other sort of party in the next few days, wrapping it up really good and just sticking it in the refrigerator until then.  

    I do love a good cheese ball.  Kudos for making one.

  3. You can freeze anything but alcohol.

    I tried once to make Scotch and Brandy Popsicles but it didn't happen.

    Go ahead and freeze your balls, its' ok.

  4. My dad accidentally put one of those M&M cheese balls in the freezer, and it was fine once it thawed out. It was only in the freezer for a day or two, though.
