  1. put a popsicle stick and freeze natural ice pop !

ifreeze slices dredged in lime juice  then sprinkled with salt and chili powder ( MOST DONT GET TO THE FREEZER ) L.O.L.

  2. it will have different texture

  3. Mango freezes just so so

the ise crystals invade the flesh and makes a messy mush.

not good for chunks but perfect application, perhaps better than fresh for smoothies.    If I had a mango going bad, I'd freeze it.

  4. you can freeze anything, but the question is will it taste decent once defrosted.  I recommend flash freezing, it's what the food packing industry does in order to perserve freshness, simply place the mango in a bag (best with a zip lock or any bag that seals the well) and dip it in a freezing bath until it hardens. you can do this by filling a cooler or your sink with ice this way you freeze the molecules of the mango and reduce the amount of extra water molecules that you would normally get by placing it in the freezer in a tupper ware.  This will also limit the damaging of some of the fructose molecules (fruit sugar) which give any fruit its unique taste
