  1. Yep.

    In fact a lot of people freeze tofu to make it firmer and more "meat-like".

    Just don't expect it to have the same taste and texture when you use it.


  2. yes.. and the texture is totally different.. in fact.. i like it much better!

  3. Tofu has very high water content. The tofu will not defrost the same was it went in due to water expansion.

    You can try it, it will definitely be different in texture and taste.

    You might like it.

    It did not taste good to me, it was a bit on the chewy side.

  6. Like others have said, you can freeze tofu, but it will have a different taste and texture. I'd suggest you freeze a small amount   to see if you like it or not.
