  1. Yes -- it sure saves having to keep buying cilantro each time you only need 7 stalks!  You might consider freezing the cilantro in small, usable bunches so you can pull what you need from the freezer and leave the rest frozen.

  3. I've frozen cilantro for quite some time, in a ziplock baggie & then I cut it off when I need some.

    If you you keep it in any type of baggie or a zip lock bag, they stay fresh for about 3 to 4 months. Anytime you need some just cut it off!

  6. Yep...but I chop mine up and put it in ice cube trays with water...it keeps forever that way.  When you need to add some to spag or something just drop it in or thaw it out on paper towels.  You can take it out of the trays and put the cubes in a zip lock bag!


  7. yes i freeze mind on cookie sheets then after it is froze i put it in bags to take out as needed i freeze it now in august or september and use it till next august then i harvest a new crop i freeze basil and parsly this way also.
