  1. Peaches Geldof ?

not sure but i don't think she will like it

  2. It depends on what you want to use them for.  If they're a little unripe (firm) when you freeze them, they won't be too mushy but don't expect them to be exactly the same as fresh.  I freeze them all the time to put in smoothies or cobbler.

    To freeze peaches:

slice the peaches and remove the skin (unless you want it on).  Spread them out in a single layer on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper or aluminum foil.  Freeze them for several hours (or overnight) and then transfer them to an airtight container.  This will keep them from sticking together so you can use just a few at a time if desired.

  3. No, they will go soggy when they thaw.

  4. i slice them and freeze they are always good

never tried to freeze a whole peach

    that might not work

  5. Yes you can freeze sliced peaches as long as you cover them with sugar and lemon juice. The lemon juice prevents discoloration. However, the quality wouldn't be as good as a fresh peach, but you could still use them in a cobbler, peach sauce or even sorbet.
