Can you freeze pho?

by that, I mean freeze the broth in a condensed form in order to thaw and have ready to eat anytime...

  1. yes you can but it wouldnt be that fresh.


  2. I don't know what pho is but there is a good story about pho by a jounalist from berlin called "A mattress, freezing rain, and pho on the way"
