  1. You can. Cut it on the diagonal into 1 inch pieces and lay in a single layer on top f parchment or waxed paper on a flat pan for stability. Then place in freezer till frozen. You can then place the sections into a ziploc bag and they will not be stuck together.

  3. Yes I have a freezer full of it now. I use it for muffins,

    coffee cake and sauce during the winter. I just chop it up and put it in bags. It freezes great.

  4. i just froze a bunch!! I have done both the loose frozen and the condensed. You will have extra liquid whenyou thaw it out.

  5. I think you can freeze rhubarb.  You can freeze pretty much anything.  Look on some of the better homes and gardens websites.  They should tell you.
