Can you freeze zuccini?

I have a lot of the stuff and want to know if it can be frozen in the freezer.

yes. it gets a bit mushy if you cook it first and might still but not too bad. Steam or saute in a little butter. Yummmmmy

Yes, but like some other fruits (squash are fruits) they will turn to mush. They are still great for soups though.

We have frozen some but they do not seem to keep very long without having an off taste.

Yes, slice the small ones, dice the large ones, & bag them.

But when you use them, put them straight into sauce or casserole.
