  1. it should be thawed because a frozen chicken has water and water and grease don't mix...

  2. Yes.

    Just cook it longer.

The outside will be overdone but who cares?

Or you could just nuke it to thaw.

  3. You can, you just have to fry it a lot slower, or use shake and bake and do it in the oven.  I often bake my chicken from frozen.  I usually buy my chicken already fried because I don't have much luck with fried chicken.

  4. I remember when I was a child of about 9 yrs of age, I wanted to surprise my mother and show her that I was a big girl. So I decided to fry chicken like I had watched her do, the only problem was I didn't thaw it out. As it hit the hot oil and began to thaw,(the water from it being frozen caused this) the oil started popping and splattering and I was afraid to get to close to the stove so I ended up crying for my big brother. We both got popped by the hot oil many times.

  5. Thaw it or youll ruin the meat.

  6. Cooking any meat frozen will sieze up, making it dry, especially on high heat. Besides I think frozen + hot oil  = major splattering.

  7. it most definatley has to be thawed.

  8. baby if u do it will be bloody when u take that bite into it. so please let it thaw. then fry it! u might fry the best chichen u every taste & put some lary's season salt on it & i knw u will fry some good chicken.

  9. It depends on the cut of the meat... thin cuts may not need to be thawed.  But, as a rule, I would thaw it out before frying.
