k, so yesterday night, i measured my thighs, and i was a quarter of an inch away from my ideal size. i like to be 33.5" and i was 33.75" (yes i know a quarter of an inch is a bit obsessive, but whatever.) then i kind of ended up pigging out a bit on some cookies, and then tonight, some ice cream... and it wasn't like i really had anything all that bad other than those 2 minor "pig outs" but then i measured myself this evening and it says and nearly an entire inch bigger! is that even possible??? can that small amount of sugar along with a bit of careless eating really lead to that much??? or is it like some sort of water retention or something..? (i don't wear rings, so i can't tell by seeing if my rings r tight or anything)
