so, I know you can gain weight by eating. This is what I've had since removing my wisdom teeth.

Cold water

Jello,Jello,Jello and more Jello

2 cups of pudding

chik-fil-a (cut very small) nuggets and a few waflle fries with cold tea

cup of chili

one small bottle diet dr.pepper (dr. recommended it)

small piece of cake and ice cream (friend's birthday)

I haven't been doing much excercis becaus Doctor said I wasn't suppose to for about a week.

I had it done on friday and it is now sunday (almost monday). I have gained 10 pounds. And I don't usually eat 3 meals a day. I only eat when I'm hungry (so like 5 small meals a day at the most) I don't see how that is possible. If anything, I should be losing. Is it water weight becuase of the swelling in my face or something? If someone has an answer or a suggestion to help please share.

I lost 80 pounds on my own and I am a 16 year old girl, I don't want to start gaining again. So please please help somehow if you can.

  1. THE ABOVE DIET CONTAINS MUCH SUGAR AND CARBOHYDRATE. SURELY, IF YOU IT THIS YOU WILL GAIN.

  2. Hey I had my wisdom teeth taken out on monday and I got on the scale and was shocked.

I gained about ten pounds in three days.

I've never been that skinny, but ten pounds?!

So I think it's probably some sort of water retention because I had surgery earlier this year and the same thing happened. In the end i actually had lost weight.

So I guess I'm trying to say I'm in the same spot as you, and I think it's probably just water weight.
