    if you eat over 10 salads ina week your digestive system will send nerves to your stomach and you will explode.

    sorry for the inconvinence if you have eaten more than that ina week it will be 40 hours untill you explde ..

  2. It's not necessarily what you eat that makes you gain weight, it's how much of it. So if you eat two truckloads of salads, you'll gain more weight than if you ate one Big Mac.

    If you're trying to lose weight, ask yourself what it's for and why you want to drop pounds. Should it be because you're overweight, try limiting yourself to smaller meals. If it's because of your image, try to replace any inactive body fat with muscle by doing some toning exercises.  

  3. No balance your diet.Eat meat for protein,you can eat salads don't put too much dressing,or get low-fat dressing.The dressing is what makes the salad unhealthy.But,you can add meat such as chicken,ham or anything else.

    Eat whole wheat for breakfast.Switch to wheat bread instead of white.Maybe eat a bowl of cereal with whole grain,maybe oatmeal.For lunch,maybe a sandwich with whole grain bread,with fruit on the side.

    For dinner maybe eat something with low salt.

  5. It depends what else you eat with them, and depends whats in the salad. In the salad, if there are fries and all this meat, you may gain a little weight, but it is much better than eating other things, because you have a variety. Vegie, Some meat, cheese, its better than a large fry or something. I really doubt you could gain wait from the salads, they dont have many calories, as well. I hope I helped

  6. you can gain weight from anything. depends on what your putting on the salad. what kind of dressing? i wouldn't only eat 2 salads a day. you need protein. eat regularly, but work out more.

  7. It depends on what you have in the salads, Potato and pasta add starch, mayonnaise and oil are fats. Fresh salad with heaps of vegies and a hard boiled egg for lunch and another salad with small serve of meat followed by fresh fruit. A small tub of low fat yogurt and 2 slices of wholemeal bread (no butter) for breakfast. And a bit of extra exersise and you will notice a difference in a week or so and feel much better in yourself too.

  10. A salad of greens and vegetables, no meat, no cheese, and especially no fat-laden dressing, and you won't gain weight.  Throw in some beans to make sure you're getting some protein.

  11. Yes, if you are using regular dressing, cheese, lots of ham, and eggs, croutons, adding those things will add to the calories  

  12. As most people are saying, it all depends on what you put in the salad. Romaine lettuce, or any dark greens for that matter, are full of nutrients...iceberg lettuce is mostly water. If you have the choice between a light head of lettuce and a dark head, the dark head will be better for you in the long run.

    But i digress. No, you will not gain weight from 2 salads a day; however, if you buy them from McDonald's or Wendy's you quite possibly could. I suggest you do not because the chicken is highly processed, and the salads have more sugar in them than any other item on their menu. So, yea.

    two salads a day would definitely not be great for getting all the nutrients you need, not a balanced diet.
