Can you get 100% in GTA IV with cheats?

  1. Yes you can get 100% with cheats. If playing on the PS3 it doesn't matter if you do or not. If playing on the 360, "some" achievements will not be unlockable. You can reset the game, not reload, but reset to start gaining achievements again.


  2. Yes but you will not get any achievments.But that doesnt meen that you dont get one hundred percent just because of tha plus dont use them they suck any ways.
