Can you get 3 tv's to be set up with 2 DishNetwork receivers?

I saw the different receivers on the DishNetwork website and I saw the option to get the receiver that can connect to 2 tv's at once. If I get that receiver, hook it up to 2 tv's, then get a regular receiver and hook it up to 1 tv, will they only charge me the $5.00 fee for 2 receivers, or will they charge me the $10.00 fee for 3 receivers? On the website having three tv's in the system builder area means that they charge me $10 but it only shows 2 receivers in the area. If any one needs it, I want the America's Top 100 package, preferably without the DVR. Thank you guys SO MUCH!

  1. If you get the dual tuner receiver and hook it up with 2 tv's and another receiver and hook it up with 3rd tv, then they should only charge $5.00 for the additional receiver.  But keep in mind that you have to keep the dual tuner receiver plugged into your phone line to avoid getting additional charge of $5.00 a month!

I have 4 tv's with 2 HD receiver and 1 dual tuner receiver.  I own one of the HD receivers, therefore I get charged $5 a month for (1) additional receiver.

  2. I pay $5 extra for the second HD DVR receiver each month.  Just like you I have 2 TV's set up on one receiver and the second receiver has just one.  However, the installer said that once I get a 4th TV then he will come back to hook it up for free.

  3. Since you don't want the DVR, go with two 322s.  This will actually get you service for four different televisions (in case you add another one in the future).  Make sure that the receivers are hooked up to a phone line or Dish will charge you $5 for the no phone line fee.
