Can you get American (Armed) Forces Network in the United states?

Question

We had AFN while stationed in Germany and I loved the fact that there were no commercials and was just curious to know if it's possible to get it in the states?

The AFRTS (Armed Forces Radio and Television Service) does not broadcast to the United States. It broadcasts to US military personnel serving outside the United States.
