Can you get Celebi in PKMN Ruby/Saphire?

Hey peeps, i was wondering if it's possible to get celebi in Ruby or Sapphire?

If so, how do you get it?

If not, what is the Space station for? :S

The Space Station does nothing.You can get a Celebi from Pokemon Colosseum after you purify all shadow pokemon,and trade it to Ruby/Sapphir.

if you have a gameshark you can probably cheat to get a celebi

i've heard a rumor that the space station in the japanese version of the game could possibly let you access Jirachi.. i dunno, probably not true
