NO.....Not in the us ,outside of the us you can in some places. You can get a lot of thing over in other county.

No and it's not commonly prescribed anymore due to the risk it poses to people getting off it (they can become worse, specially people with mania). Also the side effects are pretty nasty compares to say.. fluxetine.

It is by RX only.  It is been used for primarily for bipolar disorder.

It is also a drug that must be monitored very carefully by having blood tests to see the levels in your system.  Lithium can be toxic and there are many side effects so it has to monitored at all times.  It is has been successful in treatment of manic/depressives.

No, Lithium is strictly by prescription.  The therapeutic range of Lithium is so small that you can become quite ill if you arent carefully monitored.
