Can you get Psychedelic effects from peyote seeds?

Question

If someone had the seeds to peyote (or one of the other two cacti that contain mescaline) could they be smoked/ingested and still get the same Psychedelic effect from them?

i dont beleive seeds will do anything. as the guy above me mentioned, visit www.erowid.com to find out more about any psychadelic.

and as for the first guy, no, mescaline is not more potent than lsd.  and he's probably, in all likelihood, wrong about the seeds too.

I believe you can eat them, and the effect like taking LSD, except 100 times more potent. So, once ingesting the seeds you immediately throw them up because they're so vile, but there's still enough in your system to make you get the effects.
