Can you get Wi-fi for your ds from your Wii?

I have a ds and a wii. For the wii, I have a LAN Adapter that helps it get Wi-fi. I was wondering, does the wii give off a signal for wifi that the ds can use for Wi-fi?

  1. The Wii does not serve as a router so I would assume that the answer to your question is No.
