  4. You can be arrested, but it is a separate law from drunk driving on a public road. It would not go on your driving record.

  6. Oh yes, driving any vehicle under the influence and you will be charged. Have u come across the story where a man is recently charged with DWI when he was driving a Motorized Cooler :).   7. Yes, its not a DUI but its like Operating Under the Influence or some **** like that but yes you can.  If you are thinking about doing it, do it in a paddle boat =]

  8. yes you can you can even get a dui and or a dwi for for driving a 4wheeler lawnmower tracker scooter  bycicle or even a moterized cooler.  it is illegal to drive anything under n e influence.  so what does that mean be a passanger.

  9. Accually it is not called a DUI or DUII when boating, the proper use is BUI (boating under influence) and is  a heavyer sentance of fine do to the increased danger compaird to a car because the water is just more dangerouse... Plus there are swimmers, DUH!

  12. Yes. We have lots of lakes around and boating is popular recreation in summer (the gas prices may change it a little!!). Once in a while there has been boating accidents involving drinks, just like road accidents, some innocent lives are lost. The boating has similar restriction - not to be behind the wheel when drunk. The drunk boaters were charged.
