Can you get a bank account if you are 13 were u can like buy stuff from ebay and take money out of atm's?

i am aussie in perth

i want to be able to buy stuff on ebay and take money out of atm's

i want to be with common wealth or west pack

You can but you have to have one of ur parents signature, when i opened mine just before i turned 16, mum signed, as long as u have money going into the account everyweek or fortnight because you have bank fees,  commonwealth have a student account, I think they waive the bank fee of $4.00-$5.00.

yes  you have to be over 12 to get your own accounts  that is atm.

however i dont know about credit cards.

if you can create ebay and a paypal acc with direct debit then you be ok

when you get your bank acc ask for internet access and set it up.

I don't know how it is there. I live in the US and if you're under 18 you can open a savings account or checking account but your parents name has to be on it too.
