Can you get a car insured with a CCJ?

This might be a stupid question i dont know, but does having a CCJ effect getting your car insured (can you do it, does the interest of monthly payments increase, etc...) thanks

  1. my husband has never had any problems with his insurance, i think they are more bothered about motoring convictions than CCJ's and so shouldnt affect what you pay (unless you do have any motoring convictions of course)


  2. It shouldn't make any diffrence and so you have no need to tell them as it doesn't affect your car in any way.

  5. it won't make a difference to whether they will insure you or not. It may mean they won't let you pay in installments though.

    Most insurance companies do a credit check, they won't insure people with some history of fraud. A CCJ won't be a problem though.
