i mean like ive got a really bad cough and i dont know whether its because im singing.

  1. Yes you can, especially if your throat cant take so much singing


  2. Yes, you can.  I get one when I haven't been singing for a while and then have to sing a lot or if I don't warm-up properly.

  3. No, all the moisture form singing will help your throat feel better.
