Can you get a flea bite on your lips?

i have a dog that has fleas and they bit my mom first then my little brother. Then when i had a fever they started to bite me when i was sleeping and i woke up with lots of flea bites on my chest, back face everywhere! And i woke up with this white bump on my upper lip on my face. It started out small then it started to get bigger. then another one popped up on my upper lip. Is it a flea bite???

yep, wow, tough, seems like one would have felt the bites before it got to that point.

put some Oil of Oregano to reduce the infection.

...possible, but if it is you're having an allergic reaction to the flea bites....Your mom should treat the house...fleas carry disease, and tape worms, your dog could get tapeworms from the flea bite then you could contract them too.  Tell her to ask your vet about capstar, knockout, and Frontline combination - it is the only thing that will get rid of the infestation...and it will take 2-3 treatments to get rid of all of them.  You'll also have to have the yard treated.
