Can you get a good tan underwater?

can you get a good tan in a pool? Not floating on a raft, but actually in the water..?

acctually yes. because the water attracts sunlight therfor you tan. im always in the water and im REALLY tan! ahah

Whenever I'm in the pool, the parts of me that are above water get more tan those those under the water.  Today is proof as I have funny tanlines after being on my water raft for an hour lounging in the pool on a sunny day.

yes, you actually get a better tan in the water, than out of it, i spent all of yesterday in a pool, and i am TANNED!

I spend the whole day in the water yesterday and I'm really tan. so im sure you can tan underwater.
