if it has been through a dryer, maybe not, but you can try a little dishwashing liquid and rubbing it with a good stiff brush like an old tooth brush.   might take several tries.

Use WD-40 to get the greasy stain out (this works for lipstick and chapstick) and then use dishwashing liquid to get the WD-40 out.
