Im 16 years old turning 17 in October. I have had a hunchback ever since I was a kid. I started gaining weight when I was going through puberty and got really fat! I think maybe the weight caused my spine to bend? Ive been excersising and i'm losing weight so maybe my back wont bend anymore? I dont think my back has bent much or even at all, it just developed a little and has stayed that way! I was riding with my mom in the car a few days ago and saw this obese guy with a hunchback. Even though i'm not quite obese though, can being overweight cause this? I used to weigh almost 270! I started excersising last January and now i'm down to 235!

  1. ull huv a bad posture also when u r "hunchfront"(for girls).

  2. no, usually get hunchback from sitting in a position that may cause this. If you sit in a cube your body will then adjust to that because that's what its used to, same with sitting down.

  3. i suppose it is possible but not if u only weigh 235. it cuold be from bad posture.
