Can you get a passport with a felony on your record and an outstanding warrant?

I think you can not get a passport or own a gun when you have a felony.  There are lots of wonderful places to visit in this country.

I'm pretty sure you're gonna have to clear up that warrant before you get a passport....I'm pretty sure that's one of the q's on the passport application...if you lie, that's fraud and another felony on your record.  You can get a passport with a felony as long as you're not on probation.....but there's no guarantee the nation you're going to will let you in with a felony record.

Yes, with a felony on your record and No, with an outstanding warrant I suppose, unless of course you are trying to get it in a different name, address, but trust me, thats going to be really really tough. Even in most poor countries like Pakistan and india they've been doing police verification on those who have apply for a passport for years now. So do you seriously think, that they are going to hand you out a passport when you just ask one. The most economically and technologically advanced nation in the world? C'mon, did your brains just take a walk? This country was founded by immigrants, and most of them had lots of experience with dealing criminals and felons.

Since you asked this question, though my curiosity wants to ask you more, I wont, but I would like to recommend this. You can still disappear without leaving this country. Trust me on this. You do not want to put yourself in a foreign country, unless you know absolutely well where exactly you are going and what exactly you are going to do to make a living. But remember this, you will always stick out. And please for our sake use computers wisely, dress nice, if your homless take a shower everyday, dont forget to shave and to conduct yourself, dont lie, be honest, educate yourself and pray pray pray to God and ask for grace, mercy, kindness, forgiveness, repentance, direction in life. and thank God. EVERYDAY. And if you can please read a good book. There is a book called Abba's child by Brennan Manning.
