Can you get a pink eye from wearing someone else's glasses that are prescription when you don't wear glasses?

I do not wear glasses but can see through their glasses really good. I don't need glasses either.

If the person who owns the glasses has pink eye.  That's the only was you are at risk for getting pink eye (it's an infection)  Also, if you can see really well out of prescription glasses, you probably need them.  Best of luck!
