The "incident" happened in 2004 when i was a juvenile. i need it off my record in order to join the military. they already told me i couldn't join because of it. i never got charged or anything. no fine. no community service. just the incident.

  1. You were a Juvenile..should not be held against you..should not have a record!!

Get a GOOD lawyer..if you have the monry, you can get anything done!!

  2. file for a motion to expunge

  3. This is strange.  Generally, minor's records are sealed.

And if you were not found guilty, you can not be discriminatied against.  Call your state's Attorney General Office, and request a copy of your state background record.

Call the FBI and ask for a copy of your National Background Record.  See if anything shows up on there.

  4. No.

If you never went to court and it happened when you were a juvenile, I would be surprised to find that it's 'on your record.'

What kind of incident is it?
