you shouldn't be able to.  scholarships should not be based on ethnicity.  they should be based on academic or athletic ability.  maybe being the first person to go to college in your family isn't a bad reason, but just because you are spanish, caucasian, african-american, etc., is not a good enough reason to receive a scholarship.  that's just my opinion, but it won't change the fact that you can and probably will be able to get a scholarship just for being spanish.

If you are from spain, that means you are probably White. Whites generally don't get scholarships for being White.

Yes, you can get a scholarship for being spanish.  There are many scholarships out there based on ethnicity.

Yes, there are so many scholarships out there for everyone. You just have to research it. I got a scholarship for being the first person in my family to go to college so that is very possible!!!
