Can you get a tan from using sun beds...?

or are they for maintaining a tan?

How much should you use one etc?

Im really white and would like a bit of colour.

you can tan, but you are at risk of developing malignant melanoma. not worth it m8!

you can get a tan - BUT

you have a high risk of getting burnt

you have a high risk of looking orange

you have a high risk of getting skin cancer.

there are lots of tanning salons who do fake tan with a spray type via

machine. blokes use them and just a light tan will look better

than a david dickinson.

if you have the type of white skin that goes red and will never tan then even a sunbed won't gie you a tan.

yes you get a tan from a sunbed, keep goin on to maintain it , try couple of times a week , could also try tanning injections .

i would never use one, the risk of skin cancer is too high, so be careful if you use one!

Also worth noting that a sunbed can give you skin cancer.
