  1. with no hood?   ah, yes... only in texas my friends.


  2. No it is not against the law to drive a car or truck without a hood in Texas, I see then everyday of the week and sometimes right next to a police officer......

  3. Considering the amount of cars I see doing it.I would say not.

  4. I see old volkswagens driving down the road with no hood all the time.

    It's not like you're missing headlights or turn signals or anything.  The hood isn't really necessary.
