  16. well in the American English language a " train" actually means more than one thing..

    and I have been on a train that lasted all after noon and up to midnight..one long all day train..

    and it does not mean that a short train trip is any less or more better than a long train trip..as long as you get your train trip in..

    so I guess if you worked out all the kinks, and did enough planning you could be on a  train from Tokyo to Florida, but I think everyone would be really really exhausted by the time you got to Florida..

    try it..

    but do not forget to take many tourists type pictures on your trip....

  19. You do realise Japan is located on islands dont you?....maybe you don't. Either way you would have to take a boat for this bit - but then you have the problem of what to do when the rails run out in Siberia.

    It's an awful long way to the nearest railroad in Alaska! - and that's before you consider the Bering Straights......

  24. yes there is a new train operator called Pacific ocean railways. The trains go under the ocean and then under the usa till a fault in the florida state and then they come back up on the land.
