Can you get a work permit at 13 years old?

Can you get a work permit at 13 years old, how old do u have to be to be get a work permit and were do i get one?

The answer is "NO" by law. Because the 13 years old is still a child, he or she must go back to school to study first. Subsequently, when he or she reaches the age of 18 then can apply for work permit if he or she chooses to work.

During the Summer months when school is not in session you can get a permit for 6/8 hours a day but the child can't work past midnight. during the school year it is not allowed at all.
