Can you get an acting scholorship?

Depends on the school.  You'll need to speak to your adviser or financial aid to see if they offer one and if you qualify for it.  Google scholarships as well, you can find a plethora of available scholarships for almost any major, but these will require applications and deadlines, sometimes even essays or portfolios.  Each scholarship is different.
