Can you get an air induction kit for a motorcycle?

As far as i can see you can old get air filters (looking at the K&N) but can you go one better and get a cold air induction kit?

The point of COLD air induction is to

(1) reduce air flow restriction

(2) suck in colder outside air (from under the hood).

Give your motorcycle does NOT have a "hood" there's no point of "cold" air.  Of course that is NOT to say people won't sell you one called "cold air" induction.  And the air induction on motorcycles are already very SHORT (low restriction).

That is why people focus on better exhaust pipes.
