Can you get an infection if your p***s has bad hygiene?

Like you didn't wash it for a long time and you have smegma buildup. No stupid 8-year old answers where it's always "ewwww" and "that's disgusting". Yeah I know you're not helping.

u should like wash it though being on the serious side. unless u like stinking like dead rotting fish everyday. Even us women have to wash well in order for us to smell nice.

How long is a "long time"?  A couple days shouldn't be a problem, but a couple weeks... more likely a problem.

However, if you always using antibacterial soap that can cause infections/redness/soreness as well since it removes the "good" bacteria and natural skin oils.  You should retract the f******n and hand rinse it AFTER you are done using shampoo and other products, otherwise when you rinse the products out it will "settle" on the p***s/s*****m and cause issues.  "Dab" drying the area after a shower will also help remove any remaining product.

Yes you can.

You are more prone to them in not circumcised. The Bacteria under your f******n will build up, and you will get a tight f******n. This is not good because then p**s will not be able to get out and will back up to you kidneys. Pull your f******n back and if there is white stuff, and you cant get it back very far, you should go to a GUM Clinic, GI, GP, or just call a doctor at the Walkin center!

Unfortunately yes. You should wash the p***s head and the shaft daily. The f******n requires special care to keep it clean as well. As a general matter, use warm water and mild soap. Sanitize the head with a mild antibacterial soap. Moisturize the shaft with vaseline once a week.
