well technically you can.  Herpes you can catch by kissing someone who has it.  Thats basically it you can't catch anything else and you definitely can't catch aids from it.  Most std's you have to have s*x to catch so your safe ;]

I think it is some thing like you would have to drink like 10-20 gallons of there spit to catch an std of some one. Not sure of the actual measurment but yeah.
