Can you get arrested for prank calling??????

Question

This is not a prank call, but its more like intercepting calls from stores, homes etc. I have this special sight where you can intercpt calls and talk to the person who is calling that number. How much trouble will I get if i get caught??????

There's nothing u can't get arrested for in this world when u bug people. I suggest u stop that childish act right now because i know people who got people arrested for that and believe me, they WILL track u down if they have to and when they find u ur gone. I've worked with the police and i know what i'm talking about. For ur own sake, drop it.

Unless you commit fraud, you're unlikely to actually be taken into custody. But you can be cited and ordered to court to answer the charges. I have a relative who is in the middle of a situation like this. He was cited because of a silly phone prank. While it will probably turn out okay for him, it will cost him a boatload in attorney's fees.

Do yourself a favor and cut it out.
