Can you get arthritis from cracking your knuckles?

I don't know, I heard you can, but I researched it, some sights say its a myth, some don't. So? Do you?

  5. That is a myth. In reality, cracking your knuckles can actually prevent arthritis from happening.

    But I have heard that it will make them stick out farther.

    Not sure about that one though.

    But it cannot cause a disease.

  8. Hahahahaha I remember when someone told me this.

    I was 11 and I FREAKED out!  I thought my hands were gonna fall off!

    So after school, I ran home and it looked it up on google.

    It turns out that it's just a stupid myth.
