I really doubt he got it from some chick giving him a ******* because hes a goody goody virgin kinda guy.

So my question is, if you spend an extremely long amount without masturbating and for some reason you don't have wet dreams, CAN those reasons lead to having blue balls?

Oh yeah. Once I went on a vacation where I had zero privacy. After six days I had major blue balls as I hadn't been able to release any c*um for a week. It hurt like h**l. If your friend doesn't m********e, it is very possible that he suffered from blue balls.
