I get sharp pain in right index finger. It shoots up to my knuckle and to the top of my wrist when ever I type, but especially when I click the mouse or use the wheel of the mouse. Any tips on how to cure or ease the pain naturally.

  1. get the wrist guards and wear them.See if that will help>>>

  2. It's the typing for long periods that give you carpel tunnel, because usually there is no place to rest your hands and wrist. Clicking the mouse is only a reaction from the carpel tunnel. You can purchase a wrist brace at Wal-Marts for carpel tunnel that really helps. I say Wal- Marts because there they would be cheaper than a Pharmacy. Good luck to you sir. If you are talking about typing on a computer and use a computer desk. see if you can find a regular desk and use that. Plenty of room there to lay your arms flat. At work, I use my regular office desk to sit my computer on, much more relaxing and more support on it. Good luck to you sir.
